Retreat invites us to soften our bodies to become a safe haven for our hearts, to soften our hearts to become a safe haven for our minds, and to soften our minds to become a safe haven for the world.
Through guided meditation, silence, gentle movement, teachings, and group reflection, we will drop into the space of loving awareness and allow the wisdom of our collective hearts to open us to a wider view of who we are and what is possible together.
Daniella Salzman and Adam Moskowitz are grateful to co-lead this retreat, with inspiration from many teachers, wisdom paths and communities.
